The Best Hack for your Fitness and Health

Hey! It’s Claire, and I’ve got some juicy intel for you in this blog about some “extras” you can use to : lose weight faster, heal your gut, balance your hormones faster.


It’s something a lot of people ask me about, so I want to do a blog and break it all down for you.


But first, if you don’t already know me, I’m Claire from Bossin Mumma's, and I help mums learn to build confidence, learn healthy sustainable habits, through fitness, mindset and nutrition. I struggled for many years on the YO YO diet and starting and stopping. I now teach other mums to break the cycle and learn to love their reflection.


So … as I said, every few days I get asked what I think about some trendy fitness or wellness topic… things like fasting, supplements, or new fitness gadgets …


The specifics I get asked about change, but the end goal is always the same – speeding up your results.


So, I thought that it would be helpful to focus on how to supercharge your results, breaking down some specific actions that actually WILL elevate your results.


Right now I’m going to break down the #1 tip to help rocket you toward your goals.


This is your starting point before you get fancy with any trendy “hacks.”


It’s to NAIL YOUR BASICS.


Here are the basics I’m talking about:

  • Make sure you eat a healthy, whole-food-based diet that covers your nutritional needs.

  • Sleep 7-9 hours a night.

  • Get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise a week, or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise.

  • Surround yourself with social support and positivity.

  • Get an accountability coach, to support you on your journey



To me, these are non-negotiables because together, your basics will make the BIGGEST IMPACT on your energy, vitality, and stamina …


… not to mention any fitness or body-related goals you have.


If you don’t believe me, try it for yourself, for ONE week.


This leads me to an assignment for you if you choose to accept it. It’s something I’m going to do right along with you.


It’s to focus on the BASICS. Then, we can start layering in proven “biohacks” that will give you that little “extra” traction.
